Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, and a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation.
We do require a small deposit of $10 or $20 or $100 depending on the service booked;
your card will be charged the following amount. Once an appointment is booked, unless we hear otherwise, we’ll expect you to be there.
No-show clients will be charged 50% of service price that was booked.
Reschedule Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day(24 hours) before the beginning of your appointment.
All deposits and payments are Non-Refundable and Non-transferable.
